MaddyPilates Pregnancy & Postpartum Workout will take you through the journey from 1st trimester through Postpartum. There are specific videos for each trimester and even each week. As we know, the body changes greatly during pregnancy and postpartum and thus our workouts need to change with it! You will be able to find a workout tailored to exactly what week you are going through.
You will also find sections on daily essentials, pregnancy and postpartum instructional essentials. These sections will give you the tools to help yourself through your pregnancy & postpartum changes. The goal is to feel better during this time!
On this site, you will find a forum where you can connect with other moms as well as ask me any questions you may have along the way!
I am filming as I live through it live so it is as organic and relevant as possible with new videos being added all the time.
