This class is a great place to add on after you have watched How to Check for Diastasis Recti and the Diastasis Recti Healing video. This class is focused on healing your DR and providing you with safe, effective exercises that give you the tools to implement DR healing into your workouts and daily routine. The class following this one will continue to progress these exercises. So please stay with this class until you can complete the exercises with good form and then move to the following class. Remember patience and practice is the name of the game right now.
Props needed: something to squeeze between the legs (yoga block, towel, ball), something for your head to rest on, and a chair.
