This class is a great place to start when you are ready for something more than walking. I would do this after the exercises from bed, seated stretches and the standing series. Now is the time to build a solid and strong foundation. During pregnancy, so many muscles got lengthened and turned off and others over compensated in return. We need to mobilize the stiff areas and activate the weaknesses, which is what we are starting with here. The body just needs a reminder, be gentle.
