In this class we are continuing to build a strong foundation of the core and pelvic floor with a specific focus on getting our glutes to fire again. The breath also continues to be one of the most important things we can work on right away. Please continue to be gentle with yourself and listen to your body.
Props needed: Pillow or bolster.
