Here is part 1 of getting back into the Classical Pilates work postpartum. If you have been wondering how to get back to your Classical Mat practice, this class will give you some great ideas to get started. Part 1 will focus on how to do the Classical work utilizing props and in Part 2 we will take the props away to challenge us further.
Props needed: A band (I use a thera-band), small ball, and some wall space.
