Give your body the love and attention it is craving with this myofascial release class. We start with the head and work our way down the body finishing with the feet. We work on releasing some of the common areas we hold tension in as mothers, especially the neck and chest from feeding and holding your new baby. Your body will feel so much better after this class and the best part is it doesn't take much time out of your day.
Props needed: small ball, block and pillow.
