These seated stretches are perfect to do right away postpartum. We start with the breath because the sooner you can take a deep breath postpartum, the sooner you can start to heal. We then move through all of our spine's directions of movement to get our body mobilizing and feeling better. Keep these ideas in mind when you find yourself sitting a lot more postpartum.
No props needed! The more back support the better.
