This is a great series to do when you are ready for a little more movement after the bed series. These are movements you can do anywhere and anytime. Find your favorites from this video, keep them in your back pocket to do after carrying your baby, diaper change, feeding or anytime you need to release tension and get back into your body. As always listen to your body to know when to progress movements and when to take it down a notch.
