First Few Weeks - Gentle Movement from Bed
4th Trimester

The first few weeks postpartum are some of the most challenging you may experience and I found myself needing some movement to counteract the toll it was all taking on my body. From aches and pain from labor and birth to bad posture while feeding, changing diapers and carrying your baby this class is a great place to start on the road to recovery. We start on that road with basic breathing, gentle pelvis movements, core + pelvic floor integration, and upper body release. It is not traditional exercise so it is safe to do right away. When you feel ready for more you will start to really focus on the ab and pelvic floor engagement which I cue accordingly in the video.
Props needed: pillows, I used a pregnancy pillow
