Classical Pilates Mat - Week 32

If you have been missing more of the Classical Pilates Mat work, you will love this class! New and different classical Pilates exercises from the class we did in 2nd trimester. We will start standing and make our way to the Mat for 100, Roll Up and move our way through the work finishing with Leg Pull Up, Down and a relaxing pelvic floor release.
Props needed: Small ball (12 inches) and bolster or large firm pillow
