Focus on the Breath - Week 34
3rd Trimester
•
38m
In this class, we take time to focus on the breath and really becoming in tune with our bodies as we move. We start on the stability ball to warm up then make our way to the mat. We focus a lot on mobilizing the hips and spine and finish with a meditation/relaxation. This class felt really great on my pubic symphysis area that was feeling sore and achy before hand, so this may be a good class option for SPD.
Props needed: stability ball (chair will work if you don't have one), yoga block (books if you don't have one), pillows to prop yourself up on.
