Stability Ball Work - Week 36
3rd Trimester
•
35m
The stability ball will become your best friend in these last few weeks if it isn't already! Make sure your hips are always higher than your knees when you are sitting on it, very important for your posture and for the position of your baby. Try to incorporate the ideas on the ball into your daily routine. Most of the class will be done with the ball but we will do a little on the mat without it. We will also take the ball to the wall for squats and relaxation at the end so make sure you have wall space available.
Props needed: Stability/ birthing ball, pillows as needed and wall space.
