Hip Release - Week 35
3rd Trimester
•
51m
In this video we work on hip release which focuses on the adductors and the pelvic floor. As we get closer to labor and birth it's important to keep moving this area as well as slowing down the pace. Make sure you are listening to your body, taking breaks, and getting water when needed. I have also incorporated relaxation work at the end of class again as it is so important to work on our mindset as we get close to birth.
Props needed: foam roller, small ball/towel/or pillow, and pillows to prop yourself up on at the end.
