Making Room in your Pelvis for Birth - Week 29
3rd Trimester
•
33m
Focus on this class is on the pelvis, pelvic floor and making room in your pelvis for birth. This is so important to take time out of your day, everyday to practice these exercises especially as we get closer to birth. This is a class you can do at any point in your pregnancy, you can even wait till closer to your due date if you prefer. However, I recommend adding these movements in now (which is why I filmed it at the beginning of 3rd trimester) so you can be better prepared and start incorporating it into your routine early on.
Props needed: Small soft ball (mine is about 12 inches) or if you don't have one, pillows work great too.
