Work the Wall - Week 18
2nd Trimester
•
36m
This is one of my favorite workouts to do! As everything is starting to grow anteriorly while pregnant, the wall gives such nice support to aid in correct posture and alignment. This class is done standing the entire time, so if you are someone that sits a lot (who doesn't?) this class is perfect. I wanted to introduce this class early on so you can start to incorporate it into your routine but it can be done throughout your pregnancy and post!
Props needed: Open wall space, 2-3 lb. Weights (if you don't have weights, soup cans work great), and Hand Towel for sliding on the wall.
Note: I am not 17 or 18 weeks pregnant in this video although this class was originally filmed and designed to start adding in then. Due to the joys of technology, I had to refilm and was at beginning of 3rd trimester.
