Chair Class - Week 19

We start this class seated in the chair and work on warming up the spine and pelvis in all directions of movement. We work our way to the mat to challenge our 100 and roll up in a new way. Think you can no longer do side planks? Think again, I will show you a safe way to accomplish a side plank throughout you pregnancy. We will finish standing with the chair and magic circle.
Props needed: Household chair ideally with no arms. Magic circle or band for outside the thighs is optional.
Note: I am not 19 weeks pregnant in this video although this class was originally filmed and designed for around 19 weeks. Due to the joys of technology, I had to refilm and was towards end of 2nd trimester.
