One of the most asked questions I get is how do you find your neutral pelvis? This video will show you how to do just that. After we find neutral pelvis we will go into pelvic tilts which helps to release any tight muscles and get your lower back and pelvis more mobile. I always love to start my movement with pelvic tilts, it is so beneficial for pregnancy and postpartum. We often get stuck in one position throughout the day (hello sitting) and we need to be able to move our pelvis in all of it's directions of movement.
If you are later in pregnancy and it doesn't feel good to lay flat on your back, use two pillows to prop yourself up or do this standing or against the wall.
