MaddyPilates Pregnancy & Postpartum Workout will take you from 1st trimester through to Postpartum. There are specific videos for each trimester and even each week as we all know the body changes greatly during pregnancy and postpartum and our workouts need to change with it! You will be able to find a workout tailored to exactly what week you are going through.
You will also find sections on daily essentials, pregnancy and postpartum instructional essentials. These sections will give you the tools to help yourself through your pregnancy & postpartum changes. The goal is to feel better during this time!
On this site, you will find a forum where you can connect with other moms as well as ask me any questions you may have along the way.
*Currently 1st, 2nd and 3rd trimester are live with Postpartum and Baby and Me soon to follow. I am filming as I live through it live so it is as organic and relevant as possible.
